While not confirmed, "A" suggests the release is the v1.1 release of the game (of which there are two revisions: v1.0, v1.1 ("Rev A" dump)). The v1.1 dump partially fixes the well-known (in Japanese circles) Select glitch. This is done by disabling the ability to carry over the selected entry from within battle after the menu is closed. However pressing Select on an item outside of battle, closing the menu and entering battle (or Day Care/Name Rater Pokémon menu) still allows one to exploit the glitch. |
